Kathy is Head of Development at SADA and has been working in the arts in Shetland for the past twelve years. Her obsession is film and cinema, to the point where she fears she may be developing rectangular eyes. Kathy's other love is the film society movement, particularly in rural areas, having been on the committees of various film societies over the last twenty five years. The ethos of Hansel of Film resonates strongly with her roots in community cinema, her desire to wave the flag for emerging film-makers and and her enduring admiration for the creativity of the public at large.
