If you are aged 16 or under
If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent or guardian's written permission before you provide personal information to hansel2012.org. Without this consent you are not allowed to provide us with personal information.
Offensive or inappropriate content on the Hansel of Film website and associated Youtube Channel
If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on hansel2012.org or its associated Youtube Channel, or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on hansel2012.org or its associated Youtube Channel, we may use your personal information to stop such behaviour.
Where we believe that you may be in breach of any of the laws of Scotland we may use your personal information to inform relevant third parties such as your employer, school email/internet provider or law enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour.

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you but you will be required to prove your identity before we release any information to you. We may charge a small fee (£10) towards the cost of administering any request you make.
